Breakfast Point is a mere 20 minutes from the heart of Sydney's CBD.
What is Breakfast Point?
Breakfast Point is a new suburb built in Sydney since 2000, and has already received multiple awards for design excellence in architecture and masterplanning.
Who lives here?
Sydneysiders from near and far have chosen to make the move to Breakfast Point. Age groups and nationalities vary widely, the one thing the residents do have in common is their desire to lead a life surrounded by a wonderful environment in a high-quality home.
How far is it to the City by car?
The drive to Sydney’s CBD is generally 20 – 25 minutes from Breakfast Point
How far is it to the local shopping areas?
Breakfast Point Village Centre is at most a few minutes’ walk from any home in the community. Within 10 minutes’ drive you will find the shopping districts of Concord, Burwood, Strathfield and Rhodes. The largest of these is Burwood Westfield.
Are there schools close by?
In the immediate vicinity there is Mortlake Public School and Concord High School. Within a few minutes’ drive are several other excellent public and private schools, which are also serviced by convenient bus routes.
Is public transport convenient?
The ride in a River Cat to Circular Quay or to Parramatta is about 20 minutes. The L03 is a limited stop express bus route to the City and takes just over 30 minutes. Buses also run directly to Burwood.
Is there a marina at Breakfast Point?
There is not yet a marina at Breakfast Point. A marina has been proposed since the inception of Breakfast Point and an application is currently being considered by the relevant authorities.
Is the harbourfront accessible?
Yes, it most certainly is. One of the delights of Breakfast Point is the foreshore walk which winds its way along the harbour from Breakfast Point for approximately 1.5kms. Access to the River Cat is by Cabarita Wharf, a few minutes’ walk around the foreshore.
What is included in my purchase at Breakfast Point?
All purchases include automatic membership to the Breakfast Point Country Club and the use of all its facilities. In addition, there are numerous parks and gardens for residents’ use, some of which include BBQ areas and pavilions. The Community Hall, on the curve of the Village Green is also available for use by residents for a variety of events.
Who owns the Country Club and what hours does it operate?
The Community Association owns the Breakfast Point Country Club, as it does the roads, parks and gardens of Breakfast Point.
The Breakfast Point Country Club hours are as follows:
Monday to Thursday: 5.30am - 9pm
Friday: 5.30am - 10pm
Saturday: 6am - 10pm
Sunday: 7am - 9pm

We started creating the community at Breakfast Point in 2000.
Who are the builders at Breakfast Point?
The developers of Breakfast Point, Rose Pty Ltd and Cbus Property engage a number of builders, including:
PBS Building Pty Ltd, Ganellen Pty Ltd, WBHO Probuild Pty Ltd, Baulderstone Pty Ltd, Richard Crookes Constructions Pty Ltd, Masterton Constructions Pty Ltd and the On-Site Group Pty Ltd.
Landscaping works are undertaken by Landscape Solutions, who are also responsible for maintenance.
What appliances do the properties offer?
All of our homes are air-conditioned with intercom entry. Kitchen appliances have included Miele, Fisher and Paykel, Omega and Smeg. Miele kitchen appliances will be used almost exclusively in the future in all homes.
Is Breakfast Point pet friendly?
Yes, it most certainly is! Generally one cat or dog is allowed for each dwelling, but an application for consent by the relevant Owners Corporation or Community Association could be made if you have other requirements.
How does the low density of living at Breakfast Point compare with similar developments?
The residential community of Breakfast Point has a maximum density of 40 dwellings per hectare. Most developments of a similar nature are generally in the order of 60 – 80 dwellings per hectare and there are some which have a density of up to 120 dwellings per hectare.
Approximately 60% of Breakfast Point is dedicated open space for the recreational enjoyment of the residents and locals.
